This was my 8th year in a row working Howl-O-Scream @ Busch Gardens Tampa. And for the first time I ever I did 2 years in a row in the same Haunted House.

Here's what I looked like last year:

The guy on the right is my shift double. I'm 5'11.75" so he's like 7 foot something and scary as fuck even without the make-up. I have no idea what that is growing on his neck, and I figured it was the better part of valor not to ask. And oh god... the puns. Our hallway of the house is filled with Statues of Vampire lords, and he would bellow at the customers, "COME GET STONED!" "DON'T TAKE YOUR LIVES FOR GRANITE!" "GIVE ME A CURTAIN AND WE'LL HAVE STATUTORY DRAPE!"

awesome tutorial i just mixed from both

toilet paper, liquid latex, foundation makeup, cheap greasepaint and a little colour mixing
your face smells like ass until you use baby powder but it was fun... too bad we only had about 20 kids :(

Getting enough kids can be a real challenge when you're organising something like this. What I usually do if I don't get enough, or have more zombies than I anticipated is really go all out to use the whole child. You can do a 'lambs fry' style dish using the child's fat to fry with and then serve that on thick toast as a filling appetiser. You can't do much with bone, but don't forget the marrow inside it. And cartilage can be fried for a popcorn-y reward for anyone who stays to help with the clean-up.
