quote [ Naked photographs of a senior Manitoba judge engaged in bondage are part of a man's complaints to legal watchdogs about the judge's past and that of her husband, CBC News has learned. ]
More Canadian legal shenanigans in the extended. So far the pictures and the video mentioned in the extended article have not been leaked.

I googled, but got distracted with sexiness: captives for pleasure Xxx best device bondage lusty slut hot asian women spanked with a paddle claudia and eve? from backdrop.net's list of 1990's models for the ladies, homos and sexually open minded: cowboy from elisa image amplified salacious tails on asstr.org So I highly recommend posting the search journey too. Much more fulfilling...at least for me. >:D |

Generally speaking, Canadians take a different view of sexual scandals than Americans. Historically, it is my impression that we shrug and roll our eyes when prime ministers or other high officials are rumoured to be sexually active, adulterous, or otherwise naughty. This Judge could either a turning point in that perspective. My view is that she should be left well enough alone. She didn't do anything unlawful, and her sexual practices - made public without her consent - are nobody's business. Even if she was willingly an amateur porn starlet - that's neither illegal nor improper. The asshole who accepted $25000 to destroy the emails and photographs, and then released them - that guy is on my list of people to sneer at. |

..asshole who accepted $25000 to destroy the emails and photographs.. Isn't that bribery? Details are unclear... it wasn't a legal settlement, was it? So couldn't the judge bring charges against said asshole? |

No, COMPLETELY different. It was a legal settlement which included conditions that he destroy the emails and photographs. So, yeah, likely it was legal blackmail. |

The jail sex thing is funny: "If one person was severely intoxicated, then it brings into question their ability to consent to that type of activity," he said. "It is our duty to ensure that they don't come to any type of harm, and that would include being engaged in sexual activity while they're drunk." Um, the police are now responsible for preventing two drunk people from having sex - with each other? I get that drunkenness can mitigate consent, but when both people are drunk, both consent and neither complains after? |

I hear you, but bear in mind that they were both in jail for public intoxication at the time. If your drunkenness has reached the point where the police have become involved and deemed you unfit to coexist with other humans in public, I think it's reasonable to speculate that you might be past the point of giving consent to get fucked by some other drunk person who happens to be in the same cage. |

at first this seemed like just a case of sexual harassment, albeit a rather unusual one. then this paragraph: King's lawyer, Bill Gange, said King was suffering from depression at the time and didn't tell his wife that he had shown the pictures to anyone — or that he had posted the photos on a porn website. yeah, I can see how a person could be so broken up by unwanted sexual advances that they'd POST THE PICTURES ON A PORN SITE. yeah, that's believable. |

You're confusing two people. King, the husband, was depressed and posted his wife's pictures to the porn site. King also made the advances to a client of his for divorce proceedings, a Mr. Adams. The plaintiff here is Mr. Adams. |
