"The school says it has stopped using the software for accessing the webcams remotely." So the school admits they were doing it. Anyone who told me this whole thing was a bullshit plot but libertarians to fuck up the educational system is welcome to line up an apologize. I will be accepting cash, grass or ass.

Nah, you stop making false accusations. And by "stop" I mean retract this one that you just made, not that you do it often.

You don't seem the type, but there are a number of passive-aggressive types here who attack in exactly the manner you did: by making vague accusations that aren't true, and then expecting everyone to let it slide because they didn't name anyone in particular.

The fact that it was a false accusation is the reason it needs to be challenged.

I never mentioned any specific name in my comment, and it was mostly for humorous intent, not that you synthetics have any sense of humor to speak of. Some people did offer some crazy theories about why people were filing this lawsuit and it had something to do with distrust of government. I didn't bother to look it up. It didn't seem that important.

That's fucked up. The district/school is implicitly trying to demonstrate that the administration of the school wasn't involved. Everybody knows IT guys are lackeys. Sure, they're the ones with the technological knowhow to spy on the students, but the vice principal admitted to engaging in the spying. I think the administration is more to blame here, not two perceived rogue IT guys.
