This seems to be more than a month old. Am I missing something here? |

First I heard of it was today, via Slashdot. I figured that since I read a handful of nerd sites a day (i.e. Slashdot) and today was the first post I saw of it, it was relevant.... it could be old. |

The only reason I bring it up is because of what it says on the page itself: Issued: April 13, 2004 Updated: May 4, 2004 Version: 1.3 |

The patch was made public on those dates, but the virus that takes advantage of it is fairly new. |

I prefer - Windows Intelligence and Military Security. Interesting how it is possible to reform these words and still get an Oxymoron. What are the chances of that? eh? |

"Everyone's Favorite Oxymoron: Windows Security" +1 Funny Talking of IT snobs.......There are rare occasion when I feel grateful that I am a Mac user. This would be one of those times. favourite Oxymoron? "Mac Compatible" |

I'm not sure that qualifies as an oxymoron. I can't say I've run into enough things that claim to be mac compatible and aren't for it to qualify as an oxymoron. Rare as the dodo maybe, but not an oxymoron. |

Don't hug too close. Apple recalled a whole model run due to batteries that caught fire. ;) (FWIW, I'm writing this on a TiBook that's sitting on my lap). |
